Sales Coordinator / Executive

Job Description • Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration in the company. • Service existing customers by obtaining sales orders and establish new potential customers by planning and organizing daily visitation schedule. • All duties relating to orders processing, shipping arrangement and customs declaration documentation. • To support pre-sales and post-sales co-ordinations for our international business. • Work closely, regularly visit major customer and prospects to maintain excellent business relationships with existing and new customers. • Assist in implementation of sales strategy set by company. • Conduct market research, identify opportunities and monitor development trends of market and feedback to the management. • Actively participant Submit report to HOD on weekly and monthly basis. • Attend to customers' enquiries and follow up with quotations. • Possessing of orders and after sales service. Ensure Sales Target are achieved • To perform any other duties that may be assigned by your superior or the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.
