1. To carry out assembly processes such as fastener installation, sealant mixing and application, reaming, riveting, bush installation and documentation (as and when required) according to the work Instruction, Internal Procedure and Customer specification requirement.
2. To ensure all completed jobs are complied with required standard and quality prior inspection by quality personnel.
3. To perform any given job as per work instruction authorized by the relevant authority with safety precaution
4. To be responsible in training all Assembly technicians (new and existing technician) and re-fresh training based on procedure. To maintain all work record of parts and activities in the assigned section (Assembly section).
5. To ensure all the tool and calibration equipment in use are serviceable and within their calibration period
6. To assist production team in operation of Special process (SPD) line in accordance with the operation instructions and maintain the production output to the required quality standards.
7. To monitor and maintain all the maintenance activities, good record check list based on target/planned, monitor periodic maintenance and applicable spare parts available at Special Process Division to minimize process downtime
8. To receive and act on any other instructions from the supervisor, engineer, manager, Head of department or any other person so delegated by him/her.
9. To maintain work area in a reasonably clean state and orderly manner, and to support 5S activities and initiatives.
10. To carry out supervisory role for SPD and SMW technicians
11. To monitor daily production activity and monitor the daily output based on target and supervise all the SPD staff and man power planning.
12. To assist engineer, collect data daily, monthly output for special process division based on target set and perform analysis and RCCA any failed happen.
13. To assist the engineers and managers in managing the department and ensure that the whole operations run smoothly.
14. To assist in consumable, Chemical ordering, maintaining inventory and ensuring all consumable, chemical use at Assembly in good level and met shelf life and quality of product requirement.
15. To assist in maintaining and ensuring all Consumables and Chemical warehouse item as per inventory and are kept in good condition
16. To perform duties and responsibilities faithfully and diligently as required by the Company. To observe working hour and make full use of working hours towards completing task.
17. To actively involved in all Kaizen activities within the department and the company.
18. To ensure that the Group’s Quality Systems and Procedures are always adhered.
19. To live the UPECA Ways/Values in rendering services ensuring a high-quality output.
