Global Creative Director
Full Time Position

Role

The Global Creative Director is accountable for the holistic quality of creative produced by Shuttlerock’s Studios in all regions. Working in close collaboration with Studio, Operations and Customer leadership, the Global Creative Director will be responsible for ensuring creative talent are delivering creative excellence.

Responsibilities

Elevate Output Quality
• In Studio:
o Ensure the highest quality standards are met in all creative outputs across studios.
o Conduct assessments, training and workshops to sharpen the team’s creative excellence.
o In collaboration with Studio Heads and Operations, refine creative workflows to boost efficiency and ensure timely project delivery.
o In collaboration with the innovation team, assist in creative innovation and ensure the studios stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
• In Market:
o Engage with key clients to understand their creative needs and ensure the studios deliver outstanding, tailored creative solutions.
o Assist the in-market team where required to improve creative quality such as briefing, ideation, etc.
o Assist in crafting compelling presentations to support revenue generating activity (eg. Pitches)
• Collaborate closely with Creative Group Heads, the broader production team and in-market creative leads, to mentor and develop creative talent, fostering a collaborative and inspiring environment.
• Assist in bridging the gap between Customer, Creative Services and Production by facilitating the development of a shared language and understanding to improve briefing, creation, production and review processes.

Cross-functional Leadership
• Promote a culture of creativity, collaboration and service excellence.
• Lead by example and demonstrate a passion and commitment to the creative process.
• Be a champion of the company vision, mission and goals.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of talent as needed.
• Assist in performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback as needed.
Performance Metrics
• Establish metrics to measure creative quality and analyze metrics over time to determine areas of improvement.
• Report on the impact of quality initiatives to senior leadership and Studio Heads.
