Land Surveyor (Seremban)

TASK / DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
• To conduct physical site surveys using a variety of equipment and tools;
• To prepare sketches and notes and perform electronic data collection;
• To coordinate and handle all scope of works pertaining to survey at the project sites,
effectively and efficiently;
• To coordinate field staff and process field data;
• To interface with civil engineers, landscape architects, cartographers, or planners;
• To verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted
at survey sites;
• To calculate areas of land parcels and easements using mathematics and computer
software;
• Research previous survey evidence, including maps, deeds, physical evidence, and other
records to obtain data needed for surveys;
• To prepare site surveying documents and present findings to clients;
• Able to handle and care for survey instruments and equipment;
• To coordinate and handle all scope of works pertaining to survey at the project sites,
effectively and efficiently;
• To undertake all joint survey with clients, consultants and sub-contractors;
• To undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when
required.

REQUIREMENT
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Land Surveying or its equivalent
• At least 3-5 year(s) of related working experience, prefer in Water Treatment Plant
• Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Willing to self-learn and work with very minimal supervision
• Possess own transport
• Knowledge in setting out of survey calculation and transfer data as per drawing
• Able to read and understand survey and construction drawing
• Possess own transport.
