  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Online Sales Assistant
Salary: RM2500 - RM3000
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30AM - 5.30PM) Saturday WFH (9 AM - 1PM)
Location: Jalan Kristal K7/K Seksyen 7,40000 Shah Alam Selangor, Malaysia

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide live hosts and part-time sales agents to ensure they meet their sales targets and adhere to company standards during live sessions.
  • Step in as a live host when necessary, filling in for any open slots to maintain consistent live sales activity.
  • Engage with and follow up on leads provided by the company, using persuasive communication to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Actively call leads provided by the company, using persuasive sales techniques to convert them into paying customers.
  • Utilize experience with online sales platforms, particularly TikTok and Facebook, to optimize sales processes and engage effectively with the audience.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sale strategies that align with company goals.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze sales data to identify patterns, measure the effectiveness of sales strategies, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback from live sessions to identify areas for improvement and work with the product team to address any issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
