Job Descriptions:
1. Challenge the transport service provider to provide the quickest and most reliable transport solutions to meet customers’ deadlines, and propose alternative solutions where appropriate, and challenge the transport service providers to respect their commitments including transport lead times, data quality, provision of shipping documents, reactivity, and shipment status updates.
2. Ensure close end-to-end AOG transportations follow up, including timely identification of transport issues and resolution, including decision making based on urgencies and cost impact, and escalation when necessary.
3. Obtain and provide near real-time transport status updates to all stakeholders including any queries, ensuring high levels of reactivity and accuracy.
4. Identify, analyse, manage, and follow up transport issues in daily operations to avoid further time lost in the supply chain.
5. Identify any shipment losses and damages, obtain all necessary evidence, and initiate claims to the Transport service providers.
6. Ensure compliance with transport regulations (export control, customs, dangerous goods regulations etc). Facilitate applications of the relevant permits including preparation of End-User Statements, permit application forms as applicable and follow up with the relevant parties including the authorities whenever necessary.
7. Identify any recurring transport issues at operational level, provide necessary information and evidence to facilitate corrective actions.
8. Manage transport quotes based on existing processes, make decisions with full consideration of urgency and transport costs, and consider alternate transport solutions to reduce transport costs.
9. Provide adequate reporting to the team leader and manager as required and ensure proper task handover to the incoming team member to ensure operational continuity.
10. Provide support to the Transport tracking team and assist the team leader and managers as directed.

Requirements:
1. Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
2. 3 years relevant experience in transport management/freight forwarding industry or similar but fresh grad are welcome to apply
3. Understanding on multi-modal transportation especially air freight, integrator services and associated incoterms. Dangerous goods, export control & customs regulation and handling
4. Knowledge on commercial aviation is a plus.
5. Able/experienced working in shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
6. Proactiveness, decision making skills, autonomous, adapt to changes quickly, prioritisation, and creativity in solving complex issues
7. Proficient in English
