Job Summary

The Business Development Executive is to join our Personal Banking Mortgages Team. The job holder is responsible for driving mortgage sales growth by acquiring new customers and deepening relationships with existing clients. The role involves actively prospecting for potential customers, providing comprehensive financial advice, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the mortgage application process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly mortgage sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and lead generation.
  • Conduct financial needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mortgage products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and developers.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes in the mortgage industry.
  • Adhere to bank policies and procedures related to mortgage sales and lending.

Qualifications

  • Entry Level candidates (diploma/degree) are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in banking sales background with proven track record; OR
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in non-banking sales background with proven track record
  • Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to work well with a team and self-enthusiastic towards achievement of targets
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
  • SPM with working experience in property & mortgage industry.
  • Possess own Transport
  • Self-starter, Outgoing & Sales-driven attitude
