REQUIREMENT:

Role Title : Subject Matter Expert (CDPU- Central Data Processing Unit)
Work From Office mode
Location : Plaza Sentral, KL Sentral (Easy Access to Public Transport (LRT/KTM, MRT, Monorail, ERL, Bus and E-hailing services)
Salary Package : Up to RM 2200 (Basic Pay), Up to RM300 (Incentive)

Operation Hours : Monday to Friday: 09:00AM to 07:00PM
JOB DESCRIPTIPON

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Must be skilled and good in EXCEL, PIVOT and FORMULA
Must be able to read/write and speak fluently in Bahasa and English
Able to work independently and as a team
Establish work priorities according to the urgency of the cases and liaise with agents to monitor the cases in database
Guide, coach and managed inappropriate creation of cases by the agents
Ensure relevant processes and procedures are adhered according to cases
Monitor, suggest and continuously improving department’s processes and product awareness
To implement and recommend elements that can contribute to the improvement of agents’ case escalations
To submit the daily operations reporting to the client/internal management Assist to monitor/manage Real-Time agents’ call
Ability to work extra hours if required
To cross support the Operations within the team
