As an FMCG Account Manager (Overseas), you will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts in international markets. You will work closely with distributors, retailers, and partners to drive sales growth, enhance brand visibility, and ensure the successful execution of our product strategies.

Job Descriptions: -

  • Responsible for sales volume & turnover in collaboration with National & Oversea Distributor and co-manage Sub Ds on daily sales basis.
  • Establish and formulate Trade Marketing Plan, track and monitor the program implementation and its effectiveness.
  • Development of a trade promotional plan by channels such as General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT) such as Super/Hyper & Petrol Mart.
  • Participate in the design of the promotional materials with Oriental Marketing team.
  • Work closely with distributor Trade Marketing team for POSM quantity and liaise with suppliers for the quantity required and ensure the delivery is on time.
  • Ensuring alignment across the Sales & Marketing on field sales needs and marketing initiatives at the same time work within the approved budget.
  • Manage Advertising & Promotion fund.
  • Implement global and regional account acquisition / development approaches and platforms.
  • Display strong skills in global customer analysis to ensure that all customer requirements are being fulfilled.
  • Establish and implement a pricing review timetable that ensures improving margins from designated accounts.
  • Adhere to regional standards on profit margins and discount guidelines.
  • Ensure all logistics execution activities are complying to Service Level Agreement to support the expected substantial profitable growth of the business.
  • To perform any duties as per assigned and required.

Work Requirements: -

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience preferably in oversea FMCG environment.
  • Computer literate.
  • Must possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • Able to work in Taman Perindustrian Putra, Puchong (Nearby Taman Mas).
  • Self-motivated, independent and with loads of enthusiasm, able to manage time and work pressures.
  • Those without academic qualification but have worked thru' the ranks to the position of Sales Manager (with proven track record) is encouraged to apply.
