  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Qualifications & experience

  • Candidate should possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree/ Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy or its equivalent.
  • Preferably with at least 3 years of working experience in accounting field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English (Written & Spoken)
  • Required Computer Skill(s): Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Proficient with SQL Accounting Software is an added advantage.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, committed, and a sense of urgency towards deadlines.
  • Self-discipline and able to work independently.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in UEP Subang Jaya, Selangor.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Responsible of issuing sales quotation and invoice.
  • Data entry and monitor customers’ collection.
  • Issue and send monthly customer statement of accounts.
  • Perform data entry in suppliers’ invoice, process and issue payment transactions.
  • Perform bank reconciliation, maintain proper filling of documents & update accounting records and cash book.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc financial assignments assigned from the Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
