  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

  • Responsible to handle full sets of accounts.
  • Ensure payments are completed accurately and timely manner.
  • Assist in issue invoices and payment vouchers and maintain a well-organized filing system.
  • Responsible for day-to-day accounting operation activities and functions and administration tasks.
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining accounting records, sorting and filing of documents.
  • Handling communications with company secretary, tax agent and auditor via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Providing support to the Finance Department in duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Liaise with Bank and supplier on all financial related matters.
  • To handle any ad-hoc that assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must posses at least a Degree in Accounting or Professional Qualification.
  • Familiar with UBS accounting system would be added advantages.
  • Experience in closing full set accounts.
  • Credit Control and Petty Cash management skills
  • Able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-starter with good organization, methodical and multitasking skills with the passion to deliver quality work while meeting tight datelines.
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word.
  • Strong Communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in financial record-keeping
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
