Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities :-

• Create and deliver presentations and demos that clearly demonstrate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
• Manage all technical aspects of enquiry and effectively communicate customer needs to the Technical & Design department.
• Act technical support for frontline in customer meeting.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling , networking and social media.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Requirements :-

• Degree or Diploma major in civil engineering or experience preferably in scaffolding/construction industry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Mature , proactive and presentable.
• Be analytical , detail-oriented with excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skill ability.
• Excellent command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia , English and Chinese.
