  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description

To perform general building upkeep and conduct regular routines of preventive and corrective maintenance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, measure, and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment i.e. lighting, plumbing, pool, etc.
  • Ensure all technical and maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner.
  • Follow through on all issues raised until all parties involved are satisfied.
  • Carry out daily check and maintenance for all building amenities which include water feature, escalators, lift, CCTV, pumps, grease trap, etc.
  • Maintain and repair all the common area properties & facilities.
  • Coordinate and implement preventive maintenance programs as per schedule.
  • Respond and report appropriately to emergencies as they arise.
  • Carry our other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience as technician/ maintenance assistant.
  • Working in property management and understanding the strata property is an added advantage.
  • Willing to work on shifts and 6 days per week.
  • Discipline, and independent person.
  • Able to start in a short notice is an added advantage.
