Summary:

  • Establish/maintain good relationships with existing customers, explore and identify new customers.

  • Develop and manage the sales pipeline by identifying key target and stakeholders

Job Description:

  • Respond to customer on the enquiry and quotation received by email or phone call within 24 hour
  • Provide customers the complete vehicle information with cost, term and condition.
  • Prepare a quotation with approval of HOD
  • Ensure all the billing and SOA submitted on time
  • Follow up with customer on the service requirement
  • Weekly planner report and to be submitted every week
  • Monthly action plan and sale pipeline report weekly basis
  • Support CCU team on chasing payment by providing all related information.

Requirements

  • 3-5 + years of experience in sales, preferably in car industry/ car rental leasing
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Position Available : Johor Bahru & Kuantan
