The Job

At BoomGrow, the Sales and Marketing Team helps to tell a story of impact, innovation, and strategic partnerships. You will be at the forefront of our growth journey, shaping the narrative through sales, marketing and business development initiatives and forging strategic partnerships that drive our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape, adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Sales Management: Drive sales growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and managing key accounts.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to assess effectiveness, optimize strategies, and report findings to senior management.
  • Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and operations, to ensure cohesive messaging and successful project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and digital tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
