JOB PURPOSE & OVERVIEW:

To facilitate consistent and timely approval of training grants for employers, ensuring compliance with guidelines and enhancing their knowledge on Human Resource Development Corporation matters.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Analyze and Evaluate Training Grant Applications

• Ensure consistent, accurate, and timely approval of training grant applications by meticulously analyzing and evaluating them.

2. Provide Advisory to Employers

• Offer expert advisory services to employers regarding PSMB grant guidelines and procedures to maximize levy utilization, thereby facilitating effective HRD Corp grant management.

3. Engage with Employers for Knowledge Enhancement

• Continuously engage with employers to educate and enhance their understanding of HRD Corp matters, fostering productive relationships and promoting effective utilization of resources.

4. Cross-Check Employers' Eligibility

• Validate employers' eligibility for training grants by cross-referencing information from various sources, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

5. Understand Employers' Training Needs

• Gain insight into the training and development needs of employers and industries, facilitating targeted and effective allocation of resources to support workforce development initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant working experience with exposure to government agencies, regulators, and SMEs.
