Executive / Senior Executive, HR & Admin

Job Responsibilities

Lead, manages, and oversees the full spectrum of HR administration

functions which include manpower planning, recruitment and selection, payroll administration, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee training and development, industrial relations, and HR Generalist.

• Responsible for the administration of personnel transactions covering group insurance administration, employees transfer, promotions and change of employment status.
• Responsible to monitor employee leave and employee attendance, probationary review, and conducting job appraisal for employment confirmation.
• Liaise with relevant government agencies on HR statutory requirements and ensure full compliance with statutory requirements.
• Organize outdoor and celebration activities planned by the company.
• Liaising with agents on foreign workers and expatriate movement.
• HR-related matters, including employee grievances and counseling.
• Ensure all compensation and benefits changes are in accordance with the approval processes contained in the Management Policy and Employee Handbook.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly Payroll and HR reports to the Management.
• To assist in drafting HR-related letters Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Admin or equivalent;
• At least 3 years of working experience in a related field.
• Good computer skills especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint). Knowledge of payroll software is an added advantage.
• Proficient in English and Malay.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
