Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Graduate to join our team and help elevate our brand’s online presence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Create compelling and relevant content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email newsletters that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with target audiences.
  • Social Media: Manage and grow our social media presence by crafting engaging posts, monitoring interactions, and analyzing performance metrics. Develop strategies to increase followers and drive engagement.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive traffic and improve online visibility. Monitor and adjust strategies based on performance data.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated workflows. Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights. Provide regular reports and actionable recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitive positioning.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and product teams, to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals. Support the creation of marketing materials and promotional content.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Fresh graduates with fresh new perspectives! Senior roles are available too.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices. Proficiency in content creation, SEO, PPC, and social media management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Creativity: Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and content.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
