This role will be responsible to cover various aspects of the leasing activities as well as the administration functions in the shopping mall.
The job scope:
- To assist in plan and execute leasing strategies to create a balanced tenancy mix for the center.
- Identify, communicate and negotiate efficiently with tenants and prospective retailers.
- Process leasing documentations, reports and retailer correspondences.
- Manage the daily operations of the leasing department.
- To assist in collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional activities that enhance the overall attractiveness of the mall to potential tenants and customers.
- To manage tenants in a proactive manner to ensure the highest possible occupancy with good yields.
- Assist in conducting regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for tenant recruitment.
- Liaise closely with inter-departments on matters pertaining to rental and deposit collection, fit-out, operations and analyse tenants' sales and overall performance.
- Perform any other functions as directed by the superior from time to time.
You'll fit the role if you possess the following:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience within property sales and marketing environment especially in the leasing of retail lots.
- Possess strong interest and passion in shopping mall business.
- Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Efficient, accurate with details and with strong analytical skills,
