Job Descriptions:

• Perform vendor screening and obtain accurate banking details before vendor creation in the system.
• Ensure timely and accurate non-trade invoice processing by identifying the correct G/L accounts.
• Conduct 3-way matching for invoices to ensure proper validation.
• Prepare and verify Purchase Payment Vouchers to ensure compliance.
• Verify that all supporting documents for payments are submitted by bank signatories.
• Notify approvers of payment status in a timely manner.
• Follow up on supporting documents for prepayments, advances, and deposits with bank signatories.
• Prepare monthly vendor reconciliation and journal entries for accruals.
• Provide support during internal and external audits as needed.
• Participate in training and system upgrade testing to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• LCCI/Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills in English are essential.
• A keen learner with a meticulous approach and the ability to work independently.
• Possess a problem-solving mindset and proven abilities in tackling day-to-day commercial challenges.
• A motivated team player who is self-driven.
• Knowledge of SAP or Microsoft Dynamics systems is a plus.
• Experience in finance shared services is highly advantageous, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
