Job Descriptions:

• Provide comprehensive safety orientation for all new employees within the designated timeframe.
• Lead and drive S.H.E. training programs and skill development for all staff to ensure compliance and safety awareness.
• Conduct Quarterly Safety Spot Checks and Workplace Audits with the safety committee, ensuring best practices are maintained.
• Perform Full Body Harness Inspections on a semi-annual basis to ensure all equipment is safe and operational.
• Compile daily factory safety observations into a weekly rounding report for management review.
• Manage Permit to Work, Hot Work, and Confined Space Permit Programs in accordance with regulations.
• Plan and execute the annual EHS program, including CHRA, CEM, NRA, NI, EHS Weeks, Workplace Audits, Spot Checks, Medical Surveillance, Audiometric Tests, and Mock Drills.
• Oversee weekly and biweekly fire hydrant pump tests and daily sprinkler pre-action compressor meter readings to ensure fire safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Professional SHO Certificate registered with DOSH or Diploma/Degree in Safety and Health-related disciplines.
• 3-5 years of experience in the food manufacturing sector is preferred.
