  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Key Responsibilities


•Perform server administration tasks including planning, benchmarking, hardening, patch management, and maintenance which in line with policies, procedures, and established best practices.
•Oversee on digital operations including system health checks, monitoring, startups/shutdowns, and support services according to procedures.
•Perform, monitor, and manage VDI infrastructure and ensure all services operate with minimal downtime.
•Responsible for managing data centre operations including UPS, precision cooling systems, other monitoring systems, and escalating issues as required.
•Perform, monitor, and report on all scheduled backup operations, backup replication to the disaster recovery (DR) site, tape inventory, and scheduled restores at the DR site to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
•Perform, monitor and report any deployment required under Digital Infrastructure and comply with Change Management Procedures.
•Adopt and implement IT Service Management (ITSM) using the ITIL framework/best practices as the foundation for Digital operations and infrastructure activities.
•Ensure compliance with KWAP’s and regulatory policies and adhere to the Information Security Management System within the relevant domain.
•Maintain all Digital assets (hardware, software, and licenses) by monitoring and recording their status, ensuring proper management, and keeping accurate records.


Key Requirements


•Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
•Preferably 5 years experience of performing Desktop Support and Data Centre Operation.
•Proficient with Digital Infra procedure, process, planning, execution, and security is an added advantageous.
•Experienced in Virtualization (VMware) / Network / Server / Backup and Recovery / Application and Desktop publishing (Citrix) / Messaging system (email) operations.
