- Organize meetings for management teams and outlets, including monthly, quarterly, and finance reviews.

- Ensure all necessary documents and information are available for meetings and activities.
- Review and verify all documents before obtaining directors' signatures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date files including event photos, logos, and other company materials.
Public Relations
- Collaborate with directors to prepare a VIP guest list and deliver VIP gifts during major festivals.
Personal Tasks for Directors
- Remind directors of payment due dates and coordinate with suppliers and finance for bills and memberships.
- Handle secure delivery and receipt of important documents and parcels.
Event Planning
- Organize site visits for key organizations, ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of venues.
- Plan and manage company events including annual dinners, team-building activities, and more.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely product deliveries, resolving issues as necessary.
