Digital Marketing Manager

Columbia Asia Malaysia is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to support the Marketing team at the Management Office for an integral role, which will see you being part of digital strategy and proposition development. You will be involved in a wide-range of digital marketing activities that include day-to-day social media maintenance, campaign planning and content generation to drive engagement that generates increased traffic to Columbia Asia Malaysia owned digital platforms. You must have the ability to create engaging written, graphic, and video content while staying up-to-date on latest marketing technologies and social media.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with local team and regional team on all digital marketing initiatives
  • Be the brand custodian to ensure group-wide brand consistency in the digital space
  • Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for Columbia Asia, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets
  • Develop engaging online content for website, social media and email marketing, especially creative video content for Tiktok & Reels.
  • Measure and generate performance reports of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Assist in Marketing and Communications projects such as kids’ loyalty program, corporate social responsibility activities as well as media events.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Skills and Requirements

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and technologies is essential
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Be self-directed, proactive to take initiative, strong project management and managerial skills
  • Possess good teamwork and ability to work independently, flexible with a positive attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments

Qualifications

  • Possess Degree in Advertising / Marketing / Multimedia / Communications or any other related field
  • At least 3-4 Year(s) of working experience in the Advertising / Digital Marketing / Web Agency is required for this position.
  • Required skill(s): Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, photo & video shooting and editing
  • Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Proficient English writing and interpersonal skills
  • Skill or experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
  • Skill or experience of WordPress, HTML, CSS or JavaScript development and constraints
  • Skill or experience of graphic design/multimedia design, UX and website development
