Dental Nurse/Dental Surgery Assistant

Klinik Pergigian Iman is leading dental clinic in Sungai Buloh & Rawang. Since our inception in 2018, we have been dedicated to serve better dental care to neighbouring communities to enhance their quality of life through a strong line of high-skilled dentists and fully equipped, updated technology. We believe Malaysian deserves a high quality dental treatment, and we aim to give them through our services.

This year, we are on a mission to be the No 1 preferred dental clinic in Sg Buloh and Rawang and we are looking for passionate individuals to join us in making a difference. We are seeking a talent with a strong passion in customer service and a commitment to serve people in high standard.

Responsibilities :

Here are the responsibilities:

• Attend to and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle customer registration, inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Manage, prepare and maintain accurate record of the customer database.
• Record and track of daily sales collection into the system and maintain proper filing.
• Generate and provide weekly and monthly sales report.
• Foster and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with all the customers.
• Promote and upsale services and promotion offered by the company.
• Assist dentist in each treatments
• Maintain cleanliness and good sterilisation for all tools & equipments

Requirements :

Desired skills & requirements:

• Important - at least 2 years of experience in Dentistry as Dental Nurse.
• To have an interest in serving people, with high empathy.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to deliver great excellent service.
• The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
• Able to assist dentists in all type of treatments
• Able to work under pressure, night and weekend shifts
