JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk and Product Specialist to manage user helpdesk requests related to production issues and change requests. The ideal candidate will review and assess the impact of these requests, collaborate with users to gather requirements, design and propose solutions, and work with vendors and stakeholders to deliver and implement these solutions. This role also involves acting as a product specialist for CRM Digistorm Funnel, iSAMS School Management System, TM1 IBM Cognos Reporting & Dashboard, HRIS SAP Sucecss Factor, and Core Financial SAP 4HANA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Helpdesk Management:

  • Manage helpdesk requests from users related to production issues and change requests.
  • Perform impact assessments on received requests to determine the scope and priority.

User Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with users to collect and document detailed requirements.
  • Perform system design and propose solutions that meet user needs.

Vendor and Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with vendors to develop and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and implementation of solutions.

Product Specialization:

  • Act as the product specialist for CRM, School Management System, TM1 Reporting & Dashboard, SAP HRIS, and SAP Financial.
  • Stay current with product releases and enhancements, exploring opportunities to deploy new product features.

System Improvement:

  • Continuously review systems to identify and implement improvements that enhance business processes and productivity.
  • Design and develop reports and dashboards to support business operations.

Project and Change Management:

  • Manage projects related to system changes and improvements.
  • Execute change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.

Technical Skills:

  • Utilize SQL scripting for data analysis and reporting.
  • Apply project management skills to oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables.

JOB SPECIFICATION

A.Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

B. Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT helpdesk management, project management, stakeholder management, and change management.
  • Proficiency in SQL scripting and system analysis.
  • Experience with CRM systems, School Management Systems, Reporting Tools & Dashboard, SAP HRIS, and SAP Financial.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to stay current with product updates and explore new features.
  • Experience in RESTFUL API and System Integration
  • MSSQL Database
