Account Executive (Chinese Speaker/High Salary/Desaru)- Urgent!

Position: Account Executive (Chinese Speaker)

Working Location: Desaru, Johor

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm, Alternate Sat, 9am to 6pm

Salary: Basic RM 6k to 8k (can be negotiate, depends on last drawn n experiences)

Job Descriptions:

• Well-versed in full set of accounting processes and procedures.
• Control and manage end-to-end financial process including inventories, account receivable, account payable, fixed assets, taxes, etc.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for audit and ensure compliance and alignment of accounting policies and procedures with government regulations.
• Perform day-to-day financial accounting functions.
• Process and maintain client account transactions.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and month-end closing.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
• Handle statutory financial statements and audits.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.

Qualifications required:

• Degree in Accounting or ACCA qualification.
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in handling full sets of accounts.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and strong team player.
• Ability to speak Chinese, English and Malay.
