As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a focus on recruitment, you will play a critical role in attracting top talent and aligning recruitment strategies with the organization’s business goals. You will collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand workforce needs, and manage the full recruitment cycle. This position will also focus on enhancing candidate experience, employer branding, and diversity hiring initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding.
- Develop, implement, and manage recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and attract high-quality candidates.
- Focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining a positive employer reputation.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for critical positions, utilizing talent pools, networking, and headhunting efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to build and promote the organization’s employer brand through various channels, ensuring a strong presence in the job market.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the talent market.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) to improve recruitment processes and provide regular reports to leadership.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in human resources, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Good spoken and written in Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and sourcing platforms.
- Experience in building employer brand strategies and fostering positive candidate experiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
- Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
