- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Understand customer inquiries or complaints and resolve them effectively and efficiently to meet customer expectations.
- Handle customer inquiries via calls/live chat, addressing service-related questions and general concerns.
- Escalate cases or complaints when necessary and follow up on their status in the system.
- Provide customers with delivery status updates based on the system information.
- Update customer information and document call/chat conversations in the system database.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and reliable support.
- Be accountable for achieving individual KPIs and contributing to team goals.
- Maintain a high degree of integrity and confidentiality, ensuring customer information is kept secure at all times.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks or follow any instructions from superiors.
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree or equivalent professional qualification. SPM graduates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum a year of relevant customer service experience.
- Experience in a BPO or call center environment is preferred.
- Willingness to work on public holidays, weekends, and rotational shifts.
- Strong command of spoken and written English and Malay, with a professional demeanor in both. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Computer Savvy and proficient in MS Office
