  • Provide customers with delivery status updates based on the system information.
  • Update customer information and document call/chat conversations in the system database.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and reliable support.
  • Be accountable for achieving individual KPIs and contributing to team goals.
  • Maintain a high degree of integrity and confidentiality, ensuring customer information is kept secure at all times.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks or follow any instructions from superiors.

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree or equivalent professional qualification. SPM graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Minimum a year of relevant customer service experience.
  • Experience in a BPO or call center environment is preferred.
  • Willingness to work on public holidays, weekends, and rotational shifts.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English and Malay, with a professional demeanor in both. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Computer Savvy and proficient in MS Office
