Job Goals & Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Research & Generate Leads

  • Conduct research and analysis on qualified leads and clients in order to identify business opportunities
  • Generate leads through cold-calling, management of website-generated leads and setting appointments with strategic decision makers
  • Assist in the market positioning of the company’s area of services based on intensive market and competitor research

Secure Business & Achieve Sales Targets

  • Deliver impactful presentations to stakeholders of the prospective clients.
  • Strategically position, develop and propose solutions into meaningful conversation with prospective clients.
  • Develop and customise proposals to meet prospect needs and requirements
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, especially high-level decision makers (HODs & C-suite Managers)
  • Follow-up and negotiate with prospects in order to secure business
  • Manage sales pipeline in order to achieve sales targets assigned

Account Management

  • Build, maintain and nurture client relationships throughout the business development process with a purpose to grow more business with those clients.
  • Collaborate with the company's project delivery team to maintain client satisfaction throughout the project delivery process.
  • Track and update everyday business development activities into company’s internal systems

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Management related field
  • Minimum 2-year experience in B2B business development or account management roles
  • Experience in management consulting or organisational development industries will be an advantage.

  • Confident, sociable, and persuasive when pitching ideas.
  • Self-motivated in meeting deadlines and achieving KPIs.
  • Able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Independent, yet able to work in teams with positive work ethics.
  • Resourceful, driven and have an ability to work under pressure.

Job Requirement

  • Able to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor (hybrid-work 2 days in office every week)
  • Looking for junior level (1-3 years full time experience)
