Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Business Transformation & Change Management Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and executing business transformation initiatives, client interactions, and handling grant applications. The consultant will also support the companies' business development activities, including client engagement, market analysis, and partnership strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage business transformation and change management projects for clients.

• Develop and implement strategies for organizational change, process improvements, and efficiency enhancements.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of transformation initiatives.

• Identify and manage potential grants for clients, ensuring accurate and timely submission.

• Provide business development support, including identifying new opportunities, establishing partnerships, and driving growth for Tailortech.

• Develop strategic presentations, proposals, and reports to support client engagements and internal projects.

• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring successful execution of projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or related field.

• Experience in business transformation, change management, and client management is an added advantage.

• Knowledge of grant applications and funding processes in Malaysia is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in Malay and English is a must.
