Key Tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Provide quotation to customers as requested.
- Monitor shipment status and notify customers of all detailed shipment updates, for both export and import.
- Timely preparation of all required documentation during shipment arrangement.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve the customer experience.
- Manage and coordinate with suppliers to ensure they are providing quality and stable services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer expectations.
- Prepare monthly reports for Management and ad-hoc reports as requested from time to time.
- Maintain a current profile of all flights schedules out of departing and rate.
- Maintain proper filing of all shipment correspondences/documentations and reports for audit purpose.
- May perform other duties as and when required.
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service in freight forwarding industry.
- Both Import and Export Air Freight experience will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Air Import/Export regulations and documents.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, with minimum supervision.
- Must be a team player with a good working attitude and behavior.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Exceptional customer service and follow-up skills.
- Willing to work at Bayan Lepas, Penang
