Key Tasks

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving complaints.
  • Provide quotation to customers as requested.
  • Monitor shipment status and notify customers of all detailed shipment updates, for both export and import.
  • Timely preparation of all required documentation during shipment arrangement.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve the customer experience.
  • Manage and coordinate with suppliers to ensure they are providing quality and stable services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer expectations.
  • Prepare monthly reports for Management and ad-hoc reports as requested from time to time.
  • Maintain a current profile of all flights schedules out of departing and rate.
  • Maintain proper filing of all shipment correspondences/documentations and reports for audit purpose.
  • May perform other duties as and when required.

Requirements

  • Min. Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service in freight forwarding industry.
  • Both Import and Export Air Freight experience will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Air Import/Export regulations and documents.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, with minimum supervision.
  • Must be a team player with a good working attitude and behavior.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service and follow-up skills.
  • Willing to work at Bayan Lepas, Penang
