Job scope:
- Daily Production planning and manpower planning.
- Guide and training employees٫ monitoring their productivity.
- Perform verification of production output in Job sheet.
- Staff orienting, training, developing personal growth opportunities.
- Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
- Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
- Required of extend working hour to fulfil production needs.
- Keep paperwork organized for ISO 9001:2015.

- Implement, maintain and strengthen safety culture, work procedure and guideline in production
- Monitoring operation according planning and meeting targeted output and quality specification
- Responsible for daily operation and manpower arrangement.
- Lead, manage and assign task to team members to ensure that they are meeting company requirements.
- Close monitoring of line operators' performance to ensure adherence to company's standard operating procedures and quality objectives.
- Monitoring of line operators' daily attendance record and disciplinary matters.
- Prepare Monthly & Daily Production planning including material planning.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge in FSSC22000, ISO22000, GMP and HACCP.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic management skills and able to work under tight deadlines.
