Job Overview:

The Product & Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving product development, management, and market growth of telco and digital services solutions. This individual will work closely with key stakeholders and manage the relationships with key accounts to deliver value-driven solutions and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Management:
    • Oversee the lifecycle of products from concept to launch, including market research, product development, pricing, and positioning.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and customer-centric products.
    • Conduct regular product performance analysis, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor products to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Key Account Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
    • Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving any issues.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
    • Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service-level agreements (SLAs) with clients.
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Work with the sales team to identify and target new business opportunities within the telco and digital services sectors.
    • Develop go-to-market strategies and work closely with marketing and sales teams to promote products and secure new clients.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals by driving product adoption and upselling existing customers.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead project management efforts for the implementation of digital services and telco products, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
    • Manage timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams to deliver client projects effectively.
    • Track project milestones, report on progress, and handle any risks or issues that arise.
  • Client Retention and Growth:
    • Develop long-term client strategies and ensure consistent communication with key accounts to foster strong relationships.
    • Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products and services.
    • Analyze client usage and performance data to recommend product enhancements or additional services.

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of any field.
    • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field. Fresh Grads are encourage to apply.
    • Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a sales or marketing analytics role.
