  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely issuance of invoices.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to billing promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records and promptly update customer accounts.
  • Monitor and manage statements of accounts to identify and address outstanding balances.
  • Adhere to monthly AR billing and month-end closing deadlines rigorously.
  • Execute any other duties assigned by Reporting Officer, Senior Accountant (AR Billing), Assistant Manager (AR), or Vice President of Finance Operations.

Requirements

  • Diploma in any area, preferably in accounts, finance or business.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities well and able to adapt quickly to situational demands.
  • Demonstrates self-motivation and initiative in problem-solving and organization.
  • Minimum 2-years related working experiences, preferably in Shared Services working environment.
