Senior ServiceNow Developer
Important Information

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Job Mode: Full-time Contract
Work Mode: On-Site
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, and other configuration tasks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations, integrations, and data.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and support training for end-users.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to ensure the platform is optimized.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and development tools.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
