Data Analysis & Insights: Read and analyze backend data to gain insights into the performance of livestream sessions, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Technical Operation :Cater arising issues during live sessions, address issues promptly, coordinate with the Host Leader, and keep clients informed of any problems and resolutions.
Client Management: Manage client requirements by effectively communicating to meet their needs and ensure satisfaction with livestream outcomes.
Product Coordination: Coordinate and manage product details for livestreams, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and aligns with promotional mechanics.
Collaboration with Leader host : Responsible for promptly briefing the host leader on promotional mechanics to ensure smooth livestream execution and enhance viewer engagement.
Operational Efficiency: Work closely with the operations team to streamline processes related to scheduling and resource management for livestream sessions.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for livestreams and sales to ensure targets are met and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Report Preparation: Prepare detailed reports on livestream performance, sales data, operational efficiency, and other key metrics to support decision-making.
Skill Enhancement: Continuously improve selling skills and operational processes based on data analysis, feedback, and best practices in e-commerce.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for livestream operations, including scheduling, report preparation, and coordination of team activities.
Cross-Department Coordination: Liaise with other departments, such as marketing, content, and customer service, to ensure a seamless experience across all touchpoints.
Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure compliance with company standards, quality control measures, and operational guidelines during livestreams.
Shift Schdule :Shift Flexibility:
Able to work and adapt to rotating shift hours to ensure continuous operational support and coverage.
Requirement *Speak Mandarin, English and Malay.
