  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Get to Know the Role

It takes a village to give a safe and delightful service to our users and partners. As things get more complex, "the village" needs highly multi-skilled leaders who can lift their head above the noise and push us to do what is truly best for our customers. You will report into the Regional Business Analytics Manager with hybrid working in Malaysia. You will manage highly complex projects working with various teams in Grab with the purpose of giving our users and partners world class analytics and insights support.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • You will work independently, assembling large and complex data sets that meet business or analytical needs.
  • You will build and deploy data models to optimize the support experience.
  • You will collaborate closely with Business or Operations Teams to understand their problem statements and conceptualize analytics frameworks that convert business problems into technical hypotheses.
  • You will design and recommend A/B testing to evaluate model performance, interpret experiment results, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • You will develop and maintain data insights and performance dashboards.
  • You will be a strong advocate for our users, prioritizing the quality of their experience with us above all else.
  • You will lead the charge, influencing and serving to deliver through others.
