Responsibilities:-
- Achieve and continuously improve overall plant production, minimize downtime, and meet quality targets
- Maintain high standard of safety, health environment at workplace with compliance to all the statutory requirement and company regulations
- Coordination and meeting between various departments on day-to-day activities
- Establish company policies and procedures, conduct staff training, performance review and motivation
- To outline and propose plant budgets and targets for production, maintenance, quality and safety
- Manage and supervise the implementation of quality system including the ISO9001 and product certification by SIRIM
Requirements:-
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Chemical or Industrial Engineering
- At least 10 years working experience in a highly automated plant
