Factory Manager

Responsibilities:-

• Achieve and continuously improve overall plant production, minimize downtime, and meet quality targets
• Maintain high standard of safety, health environment at workplace with compliance to all the statutory requirement and company regulations
• Coordination and meeting between various departments on day-to-day activities
• Establish company policies and procedures, conduct staff training, performance review and motivation
• To outline and propose plant budgets and targets for production, maintenance, quality and safety
• Manage and supervise the implementation of quality system including the ISO9001 and product certification by SIRIM

Requirements:-

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Chemical or Industrial Engineering
• At least 10 years working experience in a highly automated plant
