We are looking for a highly skilled Tender Pre-Sales Specialist to enhance our HK team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing tender documents and devising optimal solutions that meet the requirements to secure IT projects.

Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly analyze tender requirements from clients and collaborate with vendors/distributors to propose the most suitable project solutions to win IT contracts.
- Gain an in-depth knowledge of the features, advantages, and unique selling points of vendor products and solutions.
- Aid the sales team by identifying potential leads, performing product demonstrations, and delivering persuasive presentations to prospective clients.
- Work closely with vendors to tailor solutions and draft proposals that cater to the unique needs and specifications of each customer.
- Offer technical support and advice to the sales team throughout the pre-sales stage, including solution planning, system configuration, and pricing strategies.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to strategically position vendor solutions and highlight our competitive edge.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing content, sales materials, and technical documents that bolster sales efforts and improve customer comprehension.
- Liaise with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and product management to ensure cohesive implementation of vendor policies and programs.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Fluency in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English, coupled with strong reading and good writing proficiency in both English and Chinese.
- A Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consultancy, ideally within the IT sector.
- Exceptional technical knowledge with the ability to convey intricate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of trust and credibility with clients and vendor partners.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment, maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Previous experience in partner and vendor management is advantageous.
