Intermediate Draughtsman / Illustrator

Job summary:

As an Intermediate Draughtsman/ Ilustrator, you will work closely with the architects. You are expected to interpret and translate the architectural input and project requirements into drawings required from inception through to completion. As a Draughtsman/ Illustrator, your role is important as to:

• Understand project requirements and concepts
• Possess knowledge and understanding of statutory requirements
• Possess good technical knowledge on construction details, material use and mehodology
• Prepare drawings in accordance with design requirements and specifications
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of drawings
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by our managers

Who are we looking for?

• Diploma/ Professional Certificate in Architecture
• At least 4~5 years of working experience in the related profession
• Required Skills: AutoCAD Drafting, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, Sketch-up
• An independent self-starter, able to deliver within tight deadlines and requiring minimal guidance.
