  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Scopes & Responsibilities

  • Generate and maintain work orders to facilitate prompt production and procurement activities in ensuring the timely fulfilment of customer schedules.
  • Prepare, organize and compile necessary documents including process sheets and drawings to align with production requirements and support accurate and consistent manufacturing processes.
  • Liaise and coordinate with engineers or IT personnel to ensure the work orders are issued timely and accurately.
  • Provide clerical and administrative assistance to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of daily sales operations.
  • Provide support in the effective and efficient management of the delivery process for the shipments to be prepared accurately, loaded and transported smoothly in optimizing the logistics chain.

Key Skills and Qualification

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Candidate able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the areas of Sales & Marketing, preferably from a sheet metal industry.
  • Computer skill: MS Office
