Job Description
- Plan and implement marketing strategies, programs, and sales activities to promote the company’s brand of products.
- Leadership and team management, recruit and training of sales and marketing team to achieve action plan and financial objectives set forth.
- Overseeing branding and promotional campaigns, including digital and social media.
- Plan, prospect, prepare visits, networking, and developing pipelines to existing and new customers to increase retail sales.
- Follow up important inquiries, provide sales quotations and specify the company range of products into private and government projects.
- Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner and provide effective solutions to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to support marketing decision-making processes. Collects, analyzes, and summarizes data and market trends.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, to stay informed about market developments and offerings.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Direct experience in decorative building materials sales to developers, architects, ID's & contractors is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- At least 5 years of sales and marketing experience required.
- To be based in Puchong and/or Ipoh office.
