We are seeking a Channel Sales Executive will play a fundamental role in our revenue growth objectives. The Channel Sale Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively within a team-oriented environment. You must be comfortable working with partners, generating interest and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bring new partners on board and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
  • Develop new business with existing clients, introduce new products to customers and identify opportunities within existing customer portfolio
  • Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities. (e.g. Quarterly sales target and annual forecasts)
  • Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ partners and the engineering team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations.
  • Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate
  • Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential conflicts.
  • Achieving Sales targets and improve conversion rate within assigned portfolio

To be successful in this role, you will need to have

  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience.
  • Possess at least Diploma or bachelor's degree, preferably in IT, Electronic/ Electrical Engineering or relevant.
  • Experience in Security and IT industry is preferable.
  • A self-starter, good communication and result driven mindset.
  • Flexible to travel to within Malaysia.
  • Preferably with own transport
  • Language: English, Malay & Mandarin (may be required to liaise with mandarin speaking clients)
