  • Sales Strategy Development: Work with the management team to create and implement effective sales strategies tailored to specific markets or customer segments.

4. Administrative Tasks:

  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports (daily, weekly, or monthly) to track performance against targets and forecasts.
  • Sales Documentation: Manage contracts, invoices, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
  • CRM Management: Use CRM tools to track client interactions, manage sales pipelines, and ensure timely follow-up with potential leads.

5. Product Knowledge:

  • Product Training: Stay updated on the company’s products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback on products/services and share insights with product teams for potential improvements or enhancements.

6. Team Collaboration:

  • Work with Marketing Team: Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales efforts with campaigns, promotional activities, and marketing strategies.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with other departments (e.g., operations, finance) to ensure smooth execution of sales orders and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:
