Job Description

  • Engage with external parties to gather technical specifications and design requirements necessary for project execution.
  • Attend site visits as necessary to address technical issues and coordinate with contractors to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with consultants and contractors to enhance collaboration and project success.
  • Participate in the application of products within new market segments, ensuring technical suitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to the Sales Department to facilitate effective customer engagement and solution selling.
  • Conduct product presentations to contractors and consultants to showcase technical features, benefits, and applications.
  • Identify and propose cost-saving initiatives to customers and explore opportunities for efficiency improvements in new market segments.
  • Undertake any other tasks assigned by management that contribute to the overall objectives of the organization
  • Remain vigilant of risks, opportunities, and stakeholder expectations, ensuring proactive management and adherence to control measures.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must possess minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, ideally with contractors or consultants.
  • Preferable experience in structural design (as a consultant) and/or in a steel fabrication manufacturing environment (in a technical or technical sales role).
  • Site experience with familiarity in steel-reinforced concrete structures is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and listen to client feedback effectively.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, possess strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering results.
