Inside Sales Executive

We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive will play a fundamental role in our revenue growth objectives. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively within a team-oriented environment. You must be comfortable working with partners, generating interest and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle on inbound calls, emails, and past customers to find new opportunities
• Conduct regular cold calling to generate new business opportunities, promote our solutions and products.
• Provide customers official quotations using internal operating system
• To work closely with product team, sales admin to ensure good rapport is built between product/sales team and customers.
• Maintain CRM database for Monthly funnels review with superior
• Works alongside operational and accounts receivable teams to ensure customer payments are received in a timely fashion and to resolve overdue payment issues when they occur.
• Communicate effectively and work closely with Account Manager to achieve quarterly/yearly target that assign by company

To be successful in this role, you will need to have

• A minimum of 1 years of work experience. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Possess at least Diploma or bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing or relevant.
• Knowledge in IT, PC and computer hardware experience will be an advantage.
• A self-starter, good communication and result driven mindset.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Language: English, Malay & Mandarin (may be required to liaise with mandarin speaking clients)
