  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Your Role: As a Senior Creative Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's visual identity and driving impactful marketing campaigns.

Here's what you'll be responsible for:

Design Creation: Craft visually appealing designs for both print and digital media, including advertisements, marketing materials, social media content, packaging and more.

Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and create creative concepts for marketing growth.

Campaign Execution: Bring concepts to life through effective planning, design execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and impactful materials that resonate with our target audience.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with our brand values and maintain consistency across all platforms.

Team Leadership: Lead and train junior designers, monitor production quality, and provide guidance to ensure the creative team meets deadlines and standards.

Enhance New Customers & Retain Existing Customers: Develop strategies to attract new customers while also implementing initiatives to ensure the retention of existing customers, fostering long-term relationships.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and tools, and integrate best practices into your work to drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic design, advertising or a related field.
  • Bonus Experience: Beauty, skin care or service industry
  • Diploma/Degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design software.
  • Advertising, video editing skills and leadership qualities will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Passion for beauty, design, and a drive to make a positive impact through your work.
