In this role, you’ll coordinate with suppliers, buyers, and transporters to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. Job Descriptions:

  • Communicate and collaborate with internal production teams and external stakeholders (suppliers, buyers, transporters) to meet customer requirements and ensure efficient workflows.
  • Liaise closely with suppliers to ensure the receipt of high-quality raw materials that meet production needs. Address any issues related to quality or quantity by coordinating with suppliers and marketing teams to keep operations smooth.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of Tank Farms to ensure optimal performance.
  • Plan, arrange, and manage all receiving and dispatch activities for both bulk tankers and pipeline transfers, ensuring timelines are met while minimizing costs.
  • Propose improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Pump House and Tank Farm systems.
  • Ensure weighbridges are regularly maintained and functioning properly.

    • Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Operations Management.
  • Preferably 1 year of experience in the Palm Oil industry, but fresh graduates with a passion for the Palm Oil industry are welcome to apply!
