Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies such as increasing brand awareness, driving sales, or entering new markets.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, print, events). Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments as needed.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget. Allocate resources effectively to ensure that marketing activities are cost-effective.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including website content, social media updates, and advertisements. Ensure that content is engaging and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Manage and delegate tasks, set performance goals, and provide feedback and support to team members.

Requirements :

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is often preferred.
  • Important : Several years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management, digital marketing, or brand management.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media, SEO, email marketing).
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation for marketing initiatives.
